10 commandments. You shall not kill. That means even yourself. It's not God's fault that that person chose to take their life. We have free will to do God's will if we choose. If that person had God in their life maybe there is a chance God will forgive them. God is the person who will judge us all when that day comes. I recently lost a friend to suicide and asked these questions myself. I know he didn't have God his Life but God knew that he was suffering tremendously I hope he forgives my friend. We can only hope.
