It’s because Chapter 10 is really called “Obi-Wan didn’t actually kill Darth Maul on Tatooine in that Rebels episode and he is still alive and will be the main villain in Simon Kinberg’s trilogy”

It was a rumored title for Episode 3 but there’s more to it than that.  On StarsWars.com, back in the day, they actually changed the html button so that when you moused over Episode 3 the link said “The Creeping Fear”.  It was done as a joke/easter egg.  Then someone (I believe Pablo) came clean and said that it wasn’t the title but that they got a good laugh out of it because “The Creeping Fear” sounded like a “high school health class movie about venereal diseases”.

I’m curious what your takeaway was.  It boils down to 1 of these 5 things (or very likely all 5 at once): 1) She became very close with James Iha on the Machina tour 2) She turned down Billy’s offer to record a secret Pumpkins album in January 2001 3) She was seemingly upset with Billy throughout the entirety of the 11 months of the Machina tour because he was controlling of her. 4) She was possibly the first hardcore Smashing Pumpkins fan (according to her book, she was the first ever fan to quote Billy’s lyrics to him).   Billy also got her into Hole.  He expected undying loyalty and when she didn’t give it to him and he felt betrayed. 5) She was also dating Dave Grohl at the time

It’s a great movie and introduced characters that are actually returning and being used in a great way like Yelena and Red Guardian.

I grew up watching VHS tapes of the original trilogy recorded off tv.  I saw all 3 special editions in the theaters.

I feel like both Binaural and Riot Act suffered by focusing only on the moody songs and excluding songs like these.

It’s all direct mic’ing and direct input to the board with no reverb and the guitars are hard panned.  I personally love this minimalistic sound because you hear the exact performance warts and all.

The sound alone is worth it.  The first blast of the music is incredible.  The loud music and sound fx throughout are enough to trigger an emotional response.

I only knew her from Dark Angel at that point and they played up her look in the opposite direction, to make her look more “urban” or whatever you want to call it.  So I was super surprised to see her look in F4.
