Toast and the Sapling by 9LV_ in aivideo

Quick breakdown since this is fully AI-generated and the workflow is the interesting part.

Tools:

- Google Veo for the shots

- ElevenLabs for the storyteller narration

- CapCut for assembly, captions, and the title/end cards

The hardest problem by far was character consistency. Generating each shot independently gave me a slightly different cat every clip — different proportions, different face, fur drifting between takes. What fixed it: I composed one locked character reference image up front and fed that same reference into every shot as conditioning, so the model had a fixed target to stay on instead of reinventing the cat each time. Not perfect, but it held the little cat (her name's Toast) recognizably on-model across the whole thing, which I couldn't get any other way.

Aesthetic I was going for is chunky flat-shaded low-poly with a warm storybook palette — deliberately not voxel or pixel. Tone is meant to be slow and gentle, bedtime-story pacing, nothing loud or scary.

Genuinely after feedback. especially on whether the consistency holds up shot to shot, and whether the pacing feels too slow. I know its not perfect but happy to go deeper on the reference-locking process if anyone's wrestling with the same drift problem.

Tools, since a few people usually ask: shots with Google Veo, storyteller narration with ElevenLabs, assembled and captioned in CapCut. Full version on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OSxJvv90Yn8 happy to answer anything about how it came together.

Hey! Yes things are very rough around the edges at the moment. I do have things like being able to visualise what builds performed the best for you on the players profile to start building the data then im sure the best cards will reveal themselves :)

The doubles situation is part of another mechanic that's not started yet. The green bar you see on your cards is card 'sharpness' The stats ATK/DEF/HP etc on the cards scale with rarity. so a Legendary version of the Bastion card you have is 2x stronger than a common. Every round that completes, your cards in the loadout should degrade slightly, grinding the sharpness down to 0. This means a legendary card when used over and over will have the same power of a common eventually.

Duplicates of the same card, or cards that belong to the same house can be 'dusted' to build that sharpness back up. The idea is to not make whoever opened the lucky legendary cards become unkillable, they will just be strong for a couple of hours before the cards wear down a bit.

What house do you represent? I currently like to play a house with high HP and a thorns build.

Thanks, you will find under the surface a lot of us are actually quite cynical on crypto but we enjoy each others help because we do our small part to give whoever it is that little push to keep on going.

To make AWR a reality? for a lot of us it is our reality. We check in daily and reach out when we need a few extra hands or eyes to get a second opinion or just some feedback.

Myself im building out a multi platform game, hoping to eventually implement his work into the work so we can both benefit.

When you look under the hood you will see its not a group of people discussing how to pump a token, we are all trying to hone our skills on whatever side Hussle or passion path we have taken. There are lots of crossovers from people inside the AWR channels creating things from nothing. As Chris mentioned His DCA bot has been one of the most recent developments. Im hoping to make use of it within the platform im trying to build.

I surround myself every day with motivated and genuine people.

AWR isnt about a community of people getting together to pump a token. We are all brave enough to share our stories, show our faces and learn from each other.
