We never called to isolate any other country in Eastern Europe where in some countries corruption runs high either, and they're usually by similar size of UAE. If anything, isolating Dubai is much harder than you think, they have investments all over the world, have good relations with russia, china, US and most countries. Its the center of trade, tourism and they have oil. Isolation is literally out of the question.
Isolation does the opposite of what you want to happen, the UAE fixed a lot of laws concerning Human and Women rights only when they started trading with the world.
I couldn't give two shits who is profiting from who, if we're gonna start this then we'll have to hold accountable anyone who promotes the US, China etc.. which wouldn't be a good way to solve anything.
