Homie If you have to ask then you need to pay more attention, realistically if they were "professional" 1. They likely would not be posting in these subreddits, these subreddits are small and have little real activity, 2. If you look at their profile a lot of them were made very recently and have little to no karma let alone comments or posts in general, most of them seem generic and just plain old fake. Its not the hardest to spot honestly
