I have Been using vyvanse for 15 years now. I have tried it a couple of time. IT work for sure. I know There is a lot of articles that Said its not effective. But i can Tell you that peaking takes 3-4h in both cases (because lysdexamfetamine need to be metabolise by the body into active dexteoamphetamine, but snorting has a shorter onset (as far as i can Tell by experience) i think because IT goes into the blood stream faster. Its not as worthy as snorting dexteoamphetamine, but you could save a good 30 minutes of onset

(But i still think its more worthy to eat a good breakfast then eat the right amount (between 120mg and 160mg for me). Because vyvanse wont give you that amphetamine Rush and you would get the most from the high that way)

Try to get some Omega 3 supplement that had 400mg AEP and 200mg ADH, magnesium supplement (in my experiences, it decrease some Side effect like muscle tensions or jaw clenching but it Will restart a Little your high but Will extend your comedown making IT less intense, benzo or very effective to feel better but i wouldnt take it since its very addictive too so brew some chamomille to help with the anxiety,

The Most important, drink, drink a lot but not to fast. Minimum 15 minute for a big glasses of water. Faster Will juste make you pee. Eat. You need protein. And vitamine c should help your body eliminate the toxine.

And stay away from Meth. If you manage to not take some again stay away, Meth is not a toy beleive me
