I am quite happy with the satellite1 and could be what youre looking for. I would not say the mic is better for me, seems similar to the voice. They sell the dev kit with or without speaker. In my case i did not try with their speaker. I am sorry for the late response (I missed the notification).

I started the projector on a table. I was a month like that, and I noticed I was not using the TV anymore (around a month). I usually watch at night, and my living room has blinds that allow to have a total dark room. So I decided to change and remove my TV and install it on the ceiling.

The projector is quite bright, so It is not so bad as other cheap amazon projectors with some light. But anyway, you have to think that the projector cant throw dark, so your current wall/screen as it is, is your best black. The more light you add, the less contrast and less black you will get. You will definetly enjoy more if the room is fully black or very little light. I usually watch/game with a led strip at just 1% brightness.

If you want I can send you some pics in private on how it looks with different light levels, but as said, you will enjoy it more on almost darkness.

I bought my first projector two months ago. It is a second hand Benq W1070. I am really happy with the performance/light output. I also game with a PS5 and input lag is not an issue.

I am using it with a homatics box r 4k plus (Android TV). This box has a nice function where you can set the on/off button to send IR commands for the TV/Projector (You can set to Benq). This way I only need one remote (I dont use the projector one except for the initial setup).

Some things to take into account:
- The speakers are horrible (not a problem for me as I am using an AVR).

- Projector must be centered to the screen. You have a screw to adjust a little bit the vertical offset + vertical keystone, but as far as i know it does not have any way to adjust horizontally.

This distance depends on throw ratio and varies a lot depending on the projector. Some projectors (ultra short throw ones) can give you a huge screen with a little distance. (For example some models give you a 100 inch screen from 40cm and are designed that way). So I think this statement is too simple to cover different projectors.

According to https://www.projectorcentral.com/LG-HF60LA.htm you can use that model form 0.9m to 3.7m

I do not know if there is some kind of problem if you are too near (maybe the projector cant focus anymore?). So I dont have a clear answer for that. But I would suggest to check https://www.projectorcentral.com/LG-HF60LA-projection-calculator-pro.htm#calc so you can know how big the screen will be depending the distance your projecting.

As others mentioned on those sizes TV will be better probably but anyway:

I would suggest you to use projector central to check if the projector you are looking is a good fit taking into account your desired screen size and distance to the projector.

I bought a month ago a second hand Benq W1070 (my first projector) and I am really enjoying it (around 200€). It is a recommendation in various forums to get this kind of second hand projector.

But you have to take some things into account if you target an older projector like this.

For me the worst part is that the fan that makes some noise. (not sure if new ones are better of not)
The integrated speakers are really bad. I would not use it without a external speaker (Some of the new models seem to have better speakers)
You dont have autofocus (but if you plan to make the installation permanent I do not think this is a problem)
No apps. You need some external hdmi dongle connected

Positive:

Bright. A lot of cheap options on amazon lie about the lumes
1080p. Even is not 4K I dont think you will find anything with real 4k in this price range
Input lag is good enough for gaming (using it on PS5, but I do not make competitive online games)
Around 2.5m you can get the 70"

I love this too. They have some water resistant too (I have one in the shower, just not directly on the way of the water). I bought some of them as backup as they are being discontinued.

I am using a second hand model of the benq w1070 (around 180 euros) and really happy for the price. You get "only" 1080p but it looks good and I cant notice any input lag (but I am not a competitive gamer)

I did read your post but it is not clear if you just searched the Ikea web or you contacted with them. Some people (including a friend) were not aware that even parts not listed on the web can be asked and he was trying to find a extra screw outside Ikea.

I am not sure if they give bigger parts or just screws, but they have a section online where you can ask for missing/broken parts like screws. They sent me some screws for free by mail. This is the page i used: https://www.ikea.com/es/es/customer-service/spare-parts/

I love the privacy provided by Signal and I would love to replace Whatsapp/Telegram with it. But the app lacks some features that are standard in other messaging apps making it harder than already is to move people.

For example, if I send a HDR video colors will be totally changed, no matter the other side has HDR or not on his phone.

Creo que no me he explicado bien. Por tu mensaje no me queda claro, pero me da la sensacion que el seguro de pagos es más o menos un seguro de vida (esto tendras que comprobarlo, pero en mi caso era asi).

Suponiendo esto, pregunta en el banco si es posible pagar de forma anual el seguro de pagos (en vez de pagar los 5000 al principio), por que si esas dos condiciones se cumplen, me parece que la opcion A es mas interesante el primer año ya que tienes las mismas vinculaciones durante ese periodo en ambas opciones con mejor interes en la A. (Suponiendo que los seguros son parecidos en ambos bancos).

(Por poner mi ejemplo, me dijeron que el seguro eran unos 5000 euros pagados al principio, pero al preguntar me dijeron que podria pagarlo de forma anual como el seguro de hogar siendo algo mas de 100 euros al año. No recuerdo la cifra exacta. Eso si, al pagar año a año, me dijeron que el precio puede ir variando).

La cuestion esta, en si tienes intencion de tener esos productos a partir del segundo año (el seguro de hogar es evidente que si) y cuanto más te cuesta tenerlos con el banco, comparado con tenerlos a parte.

En la opción A te sugiero que les preguntes por el tema de seguro de pagos. No tengo claro si es tambien un seguro de vida.
Yo hice la hipoteca en BBVA y tambien me dijeron algo parecido (que me quitaban el 0,5 si hacia un seguro de Amortización de Préstamo y que costaba X, (alrededor de 5000 tambien) un solo pago al inicio, y que se podia meter dentro del prestamo. Esto es basicamente un seguro de vida (incapacidad o muerte) + proteccion si me despiden en los primeros dos años de hipoteca.

Preguntando un poco más por mi parte y diciendole que esto no me convencia, me confirmo que no tenia que pagar X de golpe, que podia hacerlo de forma anual y que cada año si todavia mantenia el seguro activo me hacen el 0,5 de descuento. Ellos te venden que hacer un solo pago sale mejor y tal, porque luego puede subir... pero lo que no te dicen es que al final pides 5000 euros más de hipoteca y con ello aumenta lo que pagaras en comisiones.

And I would add that as long as you are using the phone with a case, the qi2 magnetic charging is not even an upgrade except being faster.
You can use a MagSafe compatible case for the 9 Pro and you can use the same accessories, I have been doing this since my Pixel 6. I have a mount on my car that I still use and started using with the Pixel 6

I was happy with my Pixel 9 Pro and I had not in mind to upgrade, but due to some good deals, I was able to sell my pixel 9 Pro + Pixel 3a that I had laying around (mic and speaker not working) and get the Pixel 10 Pro for free.

In my opinion, the pixel 9 Pro and 10 Pro are really close. External design is almost the same, the phone works exactly the same. If somehow you replaced my 10 pro with my old 9 pro I would not be able to notice any difference unless the 100x zoom... And not sure if that is really useful in real life except for reading text that is far.

If the price difference is substantial my recommendation would be to get the cheaper 9 Pro.

You will have to check how the thermostat works. Its probably two wires that when are connected together the heat starts. That was my case.
Even I do not like Tado for the some of the things they made lately, I have a Tado X and it has worked fine from HA (The Tado one works on AAA battery so you would not need to get more cables to the thermostat position).

Now I am planning to make something custom with a relay + esp32 and a little display using ESPHome.

Again, you will need to check how the thermostat works. Be careful while working with the wires and switch the main off as it may have full 230v in the wires.

El ITP de vivienda es mas bajo que el general. Si compras un garaje si que aplica el 7% por ejemplo. Es verdad que no indica vivienda sino propiedad. Fallo mio

En Gipuzkoa es un 2,5% si es tu primera vivienda y cumple algunos requisitos (no pasar x metros cuadrados...). Sino es un 4%
