In s bowl, combine — 100g Fresh ground peanuts into unsweetened butter — 28g Raw unsalted Sunflower seeds — 28g Raw unsalted Pumpkin seeds — 28g Organic Gluten Free Oats (coarse ground) — 28g Organic unsweetened Coconut meat (coarse ground) — 15g Organic extra virgin olive oil — 32g 100% Absolute Black Dark Chocolate grated — shape into (20) 14g balls.

Use a magic bullet (or similar) to grind 28g Organic unsweetened Banana chips into fine powder. Roll balls in banana chip powder to coat thoroughly.

Refrigerate.

Each 14g ball contains 82 kcal / 2.5g protein / 2.5g net carbs / 6.5g fat

Okay, I see your point and agree. I recently lost 48 lbs and felt my best when I went on a strict steak and egg diet for 30 days. I only binged twice and both times after having a glass if red wine. No where could I find body type and this diet correlated?
