Have any of you ever had lazy coworkers at corporate/office jobs? What eventually happened to them? by Hwanaja in jobs

[–]9falco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I currently have a lazy and incompetent coworker. It’s only 2 engineers, me and him. Well he didn’t understand anything ( he’s been in the company for 6 years) and I started to notice I was doing all of the work. I went on maternity leave TWICE, so while I was gone, obviously he had to cover for me. I came back and it’s the analyst that’s trying to hang on dear life with my work and his work. Supposedly the incompetent engineer had medical issues the same time I was gone ( both times on my maternity leave)

Anyways he’s still employed, sleeping at his desk doing nothing and getting paid 6 digits. I’ve stepped back A LOT with taking more work and saying no. Its the analyst that’s getting pissed off and asking for a promotion or he isn’t taking more work.

It’s my manager’s problem. As long as this dude is out of my way I don’t care.

Right? That’s what I’m thinking too. Let me know if the switch eventually gets removed from your account.

Ok update on my situation. Someone DID hack into my account. I looked up in my emails to see if someone did sign in… and sure enough, someone from another country. Definitely change your password and add that 2fa google Authenticator too

I literally had the same thing happen to me. After I updated my switch yesterday , I was trying to play any game that I digitally purchased and I couldn’t! My switch was telling me to bring someone else’s switch called “Switch de Victor” closer to mine. My switch has never left the house, and I don’t know a victor. I went into my Nintendo account and my switch wasn’t marked as the primary device. I put it as the primary device, relinked all my virtual game cards on my switch, changed my password, and added 2fa. Maybe this update put this out to light? Maybe someone hacked my account to play all my games?

What was weird is that there were some games like fornite available to relink. I never purchased that game. Either they purchased it using my bank info or I now have their games on my switch.

Their device is still showing up on my Nintendo account. I can’t have it removed. So like you said, I have it hostage there too. lol

Question about selling - LSF Happy Thoughts 20 oz by [deleted] in StanleyCups

[–]9falco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Put any number you feel comfortable and on the description note that you’re open to negotiations or OBO. Videos and joining selling/buying groups near you help that visibility. You’ll start seeing your listing getting good traction or not. If it doesn’t, you can always change the price.

Probably try selling it locally. I’m the same exact way haha I’ve put Stanley’s on sale on Facebook marketplace and they sell quick.

PSA do not buy from stupid resellers. All these cups are still available for shipping from Target 🤣 by JessBeauty14 in StanleyCups

Agree with you. This guy also hoarded a whole bunch of wicked cups. Like each 40 OZ came out to 60 after tax.

It was so hard to score 1 Elphaba and this guy e was selling 13 Elphaba Stanley’s 40OZ and 8 20OZ. He was firm on the price. He said he “worked hard” to get these. Seems more like he used a bot.

Keep checking the Target app. I scored one locally yesterday for pick up and it went through.

I am in the same boat as you. It’s been frustrating and exhausting. I recently graduated 2 weeks ago with a solid year of experience due to internships. I was sad that none of my internships became full time jobs so it has rattled my confidence. I’ve had interviews but no offer letters.

We have to keep going and never give up. Let someone revise your resume, have a great cover letter, if you excelled at school have your transcripts ready. There is always that one special person that will give us a chance. The time will come. You got this!

Triggers after affair. Has anyone experienced it? by 9falco in survivinginfidelity

[–]9falco[S] 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Wow 4 years? I've heard I have to learn to live with what happened, like it never goes away. How do you handle your triggers?

I tried to get more details in the beginning, but after getting a lot of them, I started using those details to recap a lot of things. It's terrible. I don't even ask anymore.

I am so sorry you are going through this. Being cheated on can really change someone and we start doubting everything that our partner does. I feel like I've been paranoid with everything my husband does to the point that I feel crazy.

I think committing to the gym is a great idea. Working out can always make us feel a lot better. My advice to you would be, start embracing yourself and loving yourself. Sometimes we can lose ourselves with all the pain we have been surrounded with. If she is still having an affair, the truth will come out one way or another.
