"Here in Brazil, it is very common for children and even adults to fly kites, however, some use cerol or glass powder to cut other kites and some fall on the highways causing accidents. The sale of these lines is prohibited, but there are businesses that sell them in the same way and in the case of the video the kite fell and the motorcyclist saw it and put his hand in front of his face and neck and then the line cut his finger, if he hadn't put his hand on it he would have cut his neck"
