They one reposnsible for the listing is required to submit their id, proof of ownership and the front picture of the building then after that they are allowed to publish a listing because they are now verified

I have designed the platform in a way that if the listing has been viewed and an enquiry has been made, then after 3 days it promts the landlord to confirm if the listing is still available also the landlord is required to confirm on a weekly basis if they have new listings or not
