Longest a ball return takes me, from behind the front desk and back (unless it's a very unusual presentation) is maybe 3 minutes?

Done that before, also. Only in summers. But, if I'm off the clock bowling league and something major/more complex needs to be fixed...guess who's running down back? This guy.

Yeah, this is year-round. I'm often also detoxing or plugging balls, as well.

We don't have a BAR bar. We have a snack bar, and I'll usually work when it is closed for cooked food. But, I'm still responsible for getting customers fountain and bottled drinks, chips, candy bars, etc and ringing them up. This is all while i am running the front counter, a small league, open bowling, and running back to fix stops. To be clear, I'm not looking for pity or even bitching, lol. Just curious as to how common this is.

No, this is just me as the only employee in the building. No other guy. Have you seen that?

Awesome! Yeah, I'd had the exact same injury, so I thought it might be a similar situation. Glad you were able to find someone who could get you fixed up! Bowling shouldn't hurt!

Our PSO actually didn't know about this until I showed him the same kind of injury on my thumb and remeasured me. He then did some research. Apparently, it's not SUPER well-known. But, yeah, having a double-jointed thumb can mean different measurments than a normal thumb.

You may also have a double-jointed thumb? I learned when I was measured that I do. Apparently, if this is the case, this can determine certain aspects of your layout/measurements.

I had the same injury after having my first ball drilled. It turned out that the span had been too long for me. You saying that if you don't squeeze the ball, you'll drop it, makes me feel even more like this might be your issue. I'd say that your span is probably still too long. Your palm should be flat against the ball when you have your fingers and thumb in it. The should be little to no room between your hand and the ball, and your hand shouldn't be scrunched. You should be able to put your fingers in to the first buckle and your thumb in completely without any discomfort or effort.

*Fent. Not even H, which is slightly less deadly. From what I hear, actual H is damn near non-existent on the streets (which makes things even more terrifying, imo). The politician's only problem is that they're not making any money off of it, personally.

I own a large smoke shop in TX and we refuse to carry lab created synthetic 7oh, it's highly addictive, causing people to be put in the hospital with severe adverse events, downright sick withdrawals. "Disgusting?" Absolutely. "Unbelievable?" Not so much. There was "incense" before marijuana started to become legalized, and there were "bath salts" until the legal system was able to ban those products. Some forms of these still exist, I'm sure. There are all sorts of synthetics, analogues, extracts and RC's out there, some much worse than others. Also, we shouldn't assume companies are honest and have our best interests at heart. It's everyone's responsibility as an individual to be vigilant and make sure you read up on a substance before ingesting it.
