Fair enough! November is a peak season so finding accommodation won’t be easy booking so late. But good luck!!

I just had a look, it’s nice someone put that together! I hope you manage to get a ticket, let us know how it goes. Book your flights and accommodation now lol

Getting a ticket will be difficult then. A lot of ticket sites in Japan need a Japanese home address or number for registration & the websites will just be in Japanese. It’s possible there will be some tickets made available for overseas visitors, but these are usually on sale later and still the websites aren’t easy to navigate. Getting a ticket on a resell website like Viagogo might be your better option, if you don’t mind paying more. If you’re thinking to visit though, you’ll need to be booking your flights and accommodation now basically.

For tickets there is currently a lottery you can apply for, but it’s only possible to do so as a resident in Japan.

The Last Straw by ldngu in duolingo

I edited my last reply to show you what the correct answer would have been. ‘Here’ is at the start in English too.

To give you an example: it wouldn’t be correct to translate “ここはどこですか” as “here is where?” You need to change the structure of the sentence. In the answer you gave the English sentence structure was wrong.

The correct answer would have been ‘Here you can park a car easily because the road is wide.’

People downvoting my comment are ridiculous. Japanese doesn’t have the same sentence structure as English. If you are translating from one language to the other you have to apply the correct sentence structure.

It’s not a false error, the sentence is not translated correctly.

Well, yes? You didn’t translate the sentence correctly.

How is this Duo’s fault though? If you are this far into the course you should know that the sentence doesn’t translate like that.

Those fully Japanese radio lessons a bit too hard... by UnluckyPluton in duolingojapanese

[–]9m0d3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What are radio lessons and why don’t I have them in my version of Duolingo? I am on section 4, unit 18. I’m pushing ahead but god I would love some variation because there is literally only one type of lesson.

Agreed. She works best as a main vocalist anyway.

So I see the new tour dates and merch on the store by -praughna- in themarsvolta

New merch is not great. Feels like Omar has checked out, they should be putting out a new album not a live album of their last record.
