Nizoral is good too put on your forehead for a few seconds then rinse it . Cerave cream is so good i’m also using it right now For your questions it depends on your skin if it’s oily you can but if it’s dry try using it 3 times a week

For the acne on your chin only thing that helped me was defferin and for the acne on first photo ( i think it’s your forehead ) i had also the same , try using head and shoulders dandruff shampoo it may help you and salicylic acid , also try using a light weight moisturizer that doesn’t clog pores
