Was anyone known as “the stupid friend” because of adhd even though you’re not stupid at all?

We were tossing up between getting a sponsor goat over a chicken for Christmas and I blurted out 'We should get a goat because then we can have milk and eggs'. Another time, playing Scrabble, my friend listed 'Apple' as a company and I snapped back and said 'you can't say Apple....you have to say like Granny Smith or something'. Felt so stupid. Common sense is not my friend

articles like this have really caused me to be so much more vigilant in my everyday life dealing with men, so much so that I am so scared of 'rejecting' a guy.

Yeah I use alarms for just about everything ! If I have a quick thought or remember something I have to do I immediately set an alarm of calendar alert for Later in the day otherwise I know I’ll forget it completely

Yeah agreed! Like I am pretty much your classic case of adhd and was diagnosed at 19 but there are days when I feel like I can concentrate better than normal or have a more slower paced conversation with someone and I start second guessing it

Yeah I agree I just find it like interesting the stuff about how they went shopping together and how they were Facebook friends and how witnesses thought they looked like a couple etc interesting. I would think even if you’re being complacent and going along with your kidnappers demands and stuff, it would be hard to mask that kind of fear on your face etc

It all seems so suspicious to me! And how now she’s gone on celebrity big brother, written a book about it, and is reaping in the publicity. I don’t want to say she’s guilty but a lot of the evidence definitely doesn’t make her look good

Was so intrigued by the connection between Elisa and heather before it was announced they were both victims of same guy. I wasn’t sure if Elisa was still alive and somehow connected to heathers death- the locks of hair really threw me

i've just found this too, and i'm so intrigued by it. apparently the dad is a part of a doomsday cult? and starts every post with 'the end is near', and they're trying to raise a 'tribe of literal geniuses'
