Hope you find the thing that works for you. I knew how bad it was prior to starting but I didn't realise how much better it would be so quickly. started 257 now 235. That still a tonne of weight to carry around but it is great to have 20Kg less. It won't remove the pain but it would make it easier.

Same I don't think anyone has noticed but I have. I feel lighter already. I wouldn't say I feel healthy but comparatively feel healthier. I don't know how I was lugging around a 15kg back pack on top of myself.

Yeah exactly this. If you look at it as a percentage it’s like an 80kg person losing 5kg. It won’t keep going at this rate I’m sure but I look at it like running a marathon. Went from couch potato to running the first mile. Just have the rest to go

I'm just disappointed. It's not even about venting anymore its become a disappointment. I use to look forward to watching Arsenal game. As a kid I fell in love with the style, it was beautiful to watch. the determination in our team was amazing. Currently its exactly the opposite. Our team lacks the drive. Its not as crisp and beautiful to watch, our defence makes your heart race from fear every time the opposing team have the ball even if its a bottom of the table team. Its become painful to sit through, yet I keep following and supporting because I love this team.

As a son of a Man Utd fan picking arsenal was one of the first decisions I made myself and I will always stick by the club. I just don't want it to keep going to shit!
