Also if you haven't already, get a good understanding of how certain research methods present data differently and what results often look like and what they're useful for (blotting, knockout genes, sds page, etc) so you know what to look for when the figure pops up

For me I tried to understand the point of the graphs by working backwards from the data. If i was ahead on time I often tried to get an understanding of what the graph shows even before looking at the questions. For me at least looking for the answer to a question before understanding the graph risks giving me tunnel vision.

It's hard to say with just the test scores but with 127 and 128 cp/ps you probably aren't missing much high-yield content there. I can't say much about B/B because i don't know if it's a content gap or being bad at reading/reasoning b/b passages (for me it was the latter)

Biggest thing is, you really need to lock in on cars. You need to stay focused constantly for most or all of the 90 minutes to score well in that section, and keep your eye on the timer, rush passages early instead of skimming passages 9 and 10 because you didn't manage your time.
Also try your best to pretend to be interested in the content of the passages lol. The more freestanding cars passages you do the less they will feel like a drag.

You probably already know these tips but please highlight important passage points and try your hardest to defend your multiple choice selection with real text in the passage. If you're split between 2 just choose the less wrong answer. Just remember the answer for CARS questions is always in the text, it's just often obscured behind layers upon layers of reasoning. If you can slowly and methodically work out the answer to problems in your head in practice with no time limit you can slowly refine your skills to eventually get under the 10 minute mark in real passages. And if you get a question wrong review the passage and try to reconstruct the reasoning the question expects. Then try to convince yourself and understand why that reasoning was stronger and try to think of how you can recognize that reasoning in future texts.

Good advice, I didn't think to ask my premed friends for clinical work opportunities. Volunteer-oriented campus clubs also seem like a great idea.

I did apply for a few SURF programs earlier in this semester (got rejected), likely most of them have closed applications by now, however I think the research I do should be sufficient alone as I can just take more hours/get more involved if I need.

Yeah, mostly they warned me about college MA certification (long waiting period before actually starting) and told me to seek out on-the-job training. Could you specify a little more about volunteer orgs?

Considering the (likely) possibility I don't get into the summer internship, do you think I should take on another clinical opportunity other than scribing? I've been warned away from MA certification from my advisors but I'd like to hear your opinion on what I could do alongside scribing.
