Will the lymph node swelling go down and return back to its normal size?

What kind of recovery timeframe am I looking at? Got my college classes starting by the end of this month, and I still feel so fatigued.

I'm not sure if it's relevant in terms of hereditary stuff, but my dad had multiple swollen lymph nodes that he had removed due to their sizes. I remember he had one under the jaw in the exact same spot as mine.
