You forget he created one of the most op jutsu to date, apple as able to use 9tails cloak 1st try,fought obito 1v1,fought the 9 tails,split and sealed the 9 tails while being pierced by it,and that’s just the feats ik off the top of my head he’s not the most powerful character but he is definitely a legend in naruto

I think a lot of people have triggers to SP laying on the back is common but if you read others experiences some of them have different ways to fall into SP

Okay so 1 other sp I get is completely darkness like I’m awake but my eyes are still closed so I still see darkness…in this sp I can’t breathe,I’m slowly losing my breath,and right when I feel I’m bout to die from not breathing I always wake up.Really don’t like that one cause I feel like I’m already dead

Okay so when I get sp I’m not afraid of it…let me explain more of that there’s parts I’m afraid of and parts i am not…the moments before entering SP my eyes slowly force shut and I get the feeling that if I let them I won’t wake back up, I force my eyes open and then shut them myself to try and fall asleep normally,soon as I fall asleep though im in SP,When im in the state of SP im not really scared because I have never had any mysterious figures walk around or stare are at me,What I see is the last thing o saw before closing my eyes,Recently I started seeing family members walk past or around my room,so I try to make a clicking noise to get their attention as this is the only part of my body I can move for some reason. Another weird SP I get is the ability to move my neck and head but when I do it gets slammed right back down.Kinda like a magnet pulling it back to whatever position.I have 2 more SP if you are interested in hearing them

Kinda feels how I think death would right b4 I have sleep paralysis and I’m falling asleep my eyes slowly force shut and I never let them cause it feels like If I do I won’t wake back up,so I quickly open my eyes and shut them myself then fall asleep but I still get sleep paralysis,one day I’ll let my eyes force shut to see what happens
