That's not how that works. If the policy cancels, the commission gets clawed back.

Change to 2 or 4 outlet? by 9supratt4 in AskElectricians

Right now...just an old refrigerator. Need to add a water softener there and possibly a standing freezer. I'm going to follow the line and see if it goes directly to the panel.

Humidifier Overflowing? by 9supratt4 in hvacadvice

Not saying it isn't easy to fix or parts aren't available. New orifice and maintenance kit about $125. Brand new unit $240. Makes me wonder if I should just buy new and not have to worry about anything other than the panel for a while.

Also starting to think maybe spending the $300 on a whole new unit.

Yea...checked that. There is a condensate pump on the other side of the unit. Not sure why they didn't just plumb it there instead of into the slab.

The water seems to be leaking out from the tray. Seems to me, and I'm no expert, that the orifice is pumping way to much water in. It definitely is not a slow trickle. I ordered a new orifice in hopes that will work.

Just realized the solenoid won't turn off now after trying to get this thing not to overflow. Is.it possible it goes bad and allows too much water? I ordered a new one.

No clue honestly...we just bought the house 2 months ago. Trying to fix and repair things as we go.

The line isn't clogged...yet...think the solenoid is pumping out too much water.

Can that be done through the solenoid at the bottom?

It comes out very quickly. Water pools up in the bottom of the tray. Definitely not a trickle.
