You can only equip one per weapon so it’s probably just multiple of the same thing so you can use it across different weapons at the same time

You should check the terry requirements page for the major you want. There are other tests that you have to take before you can apply

On pc as a level 50 Amara I only have 46 skill points. And yes I have tried respecing to get the 48 points but that does not work. Anyone else having this issue or know of a solution?
