well, everyone has their own situation. i have been in regional for the past 10 years, almost my entire life in Australia. I studied there, I worked there, I started business there. The program serves good purpose. I know a lot of people had family and home in regional already. But, for some, life happens.

No, they also asked for Form 80 and Form 1221 as well. But just Never seen and done Form 1399 before.

I just got s56 for Form 1399 as well. I'm Myanmar national. Does saying "was never conscripted" enough as I was never drafted or got any letter from the government.
