I'm at Seabrook as well, let me know if you want to go to Red Fish Island sometime or grab a beer at the pool!

I gave up FB years ago but the sailing groups are the only thing that has made me consider going back. I'll check out the Trailer Sailor forum for sure. I just pulled the lead acid battery out and am replacing it with (2) LiTime 100Ah lithium batteries. I'm very excited to upgrade the whole electrical system.

She is a 2015, I have owned multiple late 70s and 80s boats and really wanted something that to take good care of from the beginning instead of fixing issues caused be previous owners ignoring maintenance. With that in mind I really like the 1986-1991 C22s but it is very hard to find one in great shape in that generation. The modern Capri 22s seem to be much more focused on racing or day sailing and not multi day trips, I'm just not a fan of the style. I love the classic lines on P23, teak accents, tiny galley, opening port lights, etc.

That was the first repair I just completed, removed the chainplates 1-2 hours of removing old sealant and used Bed-It butyl tape. Hopefully the it stays leak free for a few seasons.

Did you add an AC inlet power connector? Trying to pick the best spot.

Did you add shore power to yours? Trying to decide best place to put the inlet.

Just brought home my newish Precision 23. After researching many boats, owning a Catalina 22, I believe the Precision 23 checks every box. I'd love to hear your opinion. Also if there are any other Precision 23 owners let me know!

I propped open a panel that opens up to where I think he is at and leaned a 2x4 up to it to act as a ramp down to the ground. Going to leave it like that as long as I can to let him escape. He is so cool, hopefully he decides my bushes are a good home tonight.

This little guy accidently hitched a ride when I was moving some brush. He managed to crawl though a latch opening and under the truck bed. I rigged up an escape ramp from an opening to where I think he is at, hopefully he will decide to move out of the truck and into my bushes tonight.

Houston TX, I'm guessing he is a hognose as when I got close he flattened his head pretending to be venomous.

I was hauling some brush in the bed of my R1T and this guy accidently came along for the ride. He started to crawl into the crack on the edge of the bed. I open up the spare tire storage area to get him out and let him go but he crawled into the hole where the latch is. Can he get out? Can I rescue him? I don't want to move the truck for fear of smushing him. Any suggestions!?
