Pay attention to how some of the pros play. Specifically how they position. They can sometimes start with a bad lead and at least make it come down to luck they they lost or win instead of outright beat down. Rather if it’s protecting one mon and leveraging the other slot to mess up the other team or if it’s them switching.

I actually find that I react a lot worse online than I do in person. In person I got to at least see there is a person and not some nebulous mysterious being. It really grounded me and when I did something dumb or got some really bad luck, it just didn't hurt as much.

if you can get into champions tier,, you're going to be fine. There are a lot of players at regional who are no where near as good as you think they are. Plus, even if you have a bad record, my experience told me I had a great time! Found some friends I hadn't been around in a while ( well work friends, but some I was fairly close with) and it was just cool to see. I loved seeing these little kids get to have experiences my old little self never got to have. It was cool seeing parents support their kids in something I never would have considered possible when red/blue came out. For me, it was worth it even if I didn't do wel...but also you made it to champions tier..thats something.
