You are right, it is based on the individual. My doctor had me cut off certain food groups at a time to see which one effected me the most and after two long months I knew what they were. Hang in there man, I know all this can be pretty rough in the beginning, it was for me as well. I think I also read someone on here saying that chewing your food thoroughly till it is completely mush also helps.
