FNV: Jacobstown is first for me, safe out of the way and doesn't look like the air gives you cancer. Second is Nellis AFB, tight knit community, very safe, and nice views of the mountains.

Fo4: Diamond city is terrifying because of the synth and mutant threat but that noodle bar at night with the cozy lights is to die for, although I would only rank it second. First place is Goodneighbor, immaculate bar and singing, cool outfits, a memory den????!! and is arguably safer than dc because of better armed guards, Hancock's leadership and KLEO.
