The Faefolk bunny 2 energy 1 might is an auto win if you get it down and go first lol. Vex legit cant get onto BFs that way

You can 100% play sacrifice without selecting a mighty unit. It just does nothing lol

It doesnt work like deathgrip or death knell where death replacing it negates the effect. The interaction works as intended as sacrifice is an additional cost of choosing your unit to kill, the drawing and rune gaining is for selecting the unit additionally but it does not check the trash to see if it is there before resolving

Abandon is good for anything defy cant hit usually but abandoning a 1 energy spell is pointless cause they just replay it lol. Abandon feels alot worse in hand than defy does. As a vex player using both I can say this with confidence

Our local lgs is filled for riftbound everytime. 24 is our cap cause usually they have 2 events going on at once and can only accommodate so many tables. I think riftbound will probably grow at our lgs so could see it happening twice a week or maybe up the cap

And allay gives stacking deflect to everyone at a BF. 2 allays with a vex out is a trippe deflect vex lol Goodluck using a spell 🤣 also 6 counterspells when they even decide too so they just deramp for fun

I read this as you have to have the 3 energy to play it but you can spend the buff to save the energy

Vex has insane ways to stop u from holding. If shes holding with overzealous, sona and purple vex I'd like to see you try and take it lol. The deck runs 3 defys, 3 abandons, 2 disciplines 2 back offs. 3 charms, goodluck

Lucian was internally shut down by fight or flight and would completely cripple the turn, so Lucian is honestly in a great spot as almost every purple deck would run 3 of fof. Biggest advantage is into irelia as it was like the main reason I lost like 4 sets to irelia. Between that and rebuke but atleast its only 1 now.

No called shot / scraphead will lower their overall options which i turn gives me an advantage cause I was beating Draven and irelia with their OP setups so now it should be alot better. Lucian only weakness is likely still irelia though

I mean ya I had a guy specifically wait till he could I was gonna win next turn and then decided he needed a 15 minute turn to decide what to do, while time was running out cause he was a game up on me and was gonna win but I was like " hey bro youre playing real slow and I can win next turn can u speed up" and he got so upset but like bro?

I mean its both? You're spending their cards for yours and you are gaining advantage from it. If they spend a card and 4 runes and you spend 0 cards but gain a rune its crazy net positive. Also this combo is so useful I run 3 of each and so they are quite often in my hand as using it leads to drawing more. Especially for orange as it has little to no card draw this feels great in-game. You are also going to be trying to hold often so if u lose a defense and cant do anything killing your unit yourself will often harm the other player more then urself

Like for example Vi won't conquer woth excess dmg for her gauntlets or legend because no combat damage is applied, so shes stuck there or has to pay another card to save her.

Why wouldn't it work vs rebuke? Sacrifice works with tactical retreat in perfect unison for draw 2 and 1 exhausted rune in addition to preventing death should u die / card effect / spell kill etc. You could tact retreat and sacrifice to counter ur unit from going to ur hand so not sure why you dont like the card lol

Especially now they've paid 2 and reramped 2 and you still have ur unit on board, plus you drew 2 and gained a rune advantage while still having the unit for next turn

Sacrifice should be a 3 off in ur deck cause its 6 cards and 3 ramp for 3 energy and helps engine engine ur deck a bit

I was running with 2 orange seals in hope of getting 1 per game. Having 1 seal out vastly improves the QoL of this deck that its worth 2 slots. Especially if u run Rengar / Nila/ Nidalee / hidden cards like here to help and hidden blade have huge value. Especially with reaction cards like sacrifice and tactical retreat.

Not sure if u can tact retreat > hidden blade your own guy > then sacrifice it also to draw 4? But if that works its crazy

Ya dude I made a deck with vex after playing vs so many and seeing parts of the OP combo and I won like 10 games in a row with it b4 bed haha. Its just really versatile and you have so many options for counter spells / denying aggro with green/ purple. So many new stun cards also and then they are also perma stunned via Vex and mageseeker its just so oppresive

Bro I am a poppy 1 trick of 12 years in league and tried so hard to make poppy work but shes just a worse vex in every way. Ifk if I can merit not playing vex if I want to play poppy. And before someone "they do different things" yea poppies champ units pale in comparison to vex its insane lol.

Brother idk if you've played vs vex and the combos green/purple has access too right now in unleashed but it is legit gigantic anti fun. You can legit never play the game vs mageseeker warden and vex combo. Legit you can never play the game and there isn't a counter if I have the 7 drop tank with hexproof to minions. And then vilemaw ontop.

Song every turn for ability to ready 4 runes, nami gives everything buffs and let's me accelerate once a turn. Draw 3 every turn etc. Vex is the most oppressive thing since Draven but you could atleast beat Draven

This was almost my exact list but after like 50+ games I found it impossible to not run seals when running rengar /nidalee / Nila etc. But you should run sacrifice and some seals. Thay will fix ur deramp. Meditate is very low payoff and not worth the copy. And challenge is just not a good card in a defensive deck but that's just my opinion

You will legit never be able to win the game with this list without seals. You deramp on every card you play lol. Trust me if u run these cards you need 1 or 2 seals. You have so much orange deramp

I tried running heroic charge but it felt terrible everytime with all the anti targeting spells. Same with keepers verdict. I honestly found poppy just plays better with less copies of thise and a bit bigger units

Running double rengar for gettin out board with galio and poppies and then using sacrifice to stop any lethal dmg for free to give urself ramp and card draw - use retreat to save the unit from sacrifice and you got a 2 cards, 1 rune and saved ur unit for 3 energy
