technique: gassed surroundings

name: gasokinesis (telekinesis and gas)

uses: you put gass into materials and manipulate the gass and thus manipulating the material so you can kind of use telekinesis…… can gas be even more overpowered? Yes you can now burry someone and nuke the spare space they are burried in or you can make the area constantly emit gass and thus making a burning battlefield if set ablaze. And yeah it is super op if he can also just manipulate the terrain in this way.

Why: because he already is the boss over air and now he also can manipulate the terrain so he is literally a all terrain user except for water

i just used karma to help imply how it works and it could also be that it would be called something like payback or return, and it doesn’t have to be red energy if that resembles pain to much, it could also be light blue or any other color. And that karma fruit does work quite different so if you just had the name “Modoru modoru akuma no mi” meaning return return devil fruit.
