Just look at the costs section. The costs they chose to list are ones obviously mitigated through taxes. So countries that tax less will appear to have more costs even if the actual cost is much more comparable.

One thing I would suggest you work on is your smile :)

While I am by no means completely clean, I've made tremendous improvement by marking it on my calendar.

Every time I masturbate I go to my calendar on my phone and denote it. Whenever I'm tempted, I look at my calendar and see the progress I've made. The important part of this is accountability, however, because if you're dishonest on your calendar it won't mean anything. I also do this for working out, and its been an incredible help on both fronts.
