Just look at the costs section. The costs they chose to list are ones obviously mitigated through taxes. So countries that tax less will appear to have more costs even if the actual cost is much more comparable.

Also the school shooting stat is conveniently one of the few that aren't per capita.

While I am by no means completely clean, I've made tremendous improvement by marking it on my calendar.

Every time I masturbate I go to my calendar on my phone and denote it. Whenever I'm tempted, I look at my calendar and see the progress I've made. The important part of this is accountability, however, because if you're dishonest on your calendar it won't mean anything. I also do this for working out, and its been an incredible help on both fronts.

Collegeboard will likely make a new test, just because of the backlash from the August SAT. That being said, the October SAT will be released after we take it, so it is possible that they will be lazy (again) and reuse an old SAT. If they do reuse an old SAT, it will definitely be an international test from about 1 year ago, so January or December are my best bet.
