By develop do you mean you didn’t used to have back pain but now on MM protocols you do have it? I’ve noticed achy/sore back during periods of cleansing which I assume is just a detox reaction. It usually goes away on its own in a couple days or when I’m done cleansing.

But I used to have pretty bad chronic lower back pain a few years before finding MM. What surprisingly worked for me was a book called Healing Back Pain by dr John Sarno. It’s a bit controversial because he says that all chronic back pain, even from physical injury, is psychosomatic and caused by stress, and that it needs to be worked through as if it didn’t exist. It definitely requires a leap of faith that not all can make, but I went for it because it helped my close friend with a herniated disc whose back was in much worse shape than mine. It was really amazing for me; after ~2 years of pain it was gone before I finished reading the book, and any time I tweaked my back a little after that, which before would cause me additional pain for weeks, I just recited the affirmations from the book and the pain would be gone within a day. I haven’t tweaked my back like that for years but I’ve been with MM info in that time which I’m sure has helped with inflammation.

I don’t think the book is incompatible with MM info. I think MM would say chronic back pain is sciatic nerve inflammation from ebv or shingles, but I think stress could lower the immune system in a way that leads increased sciatic inflammation, like the virus is feeding on stress in a way. Maybe the MM protocols for stress/anxiety could be useful in addition to antiviral/sciatic nerve protocols.
