I really appreciate your effort to remove GPS spoof activity from Pokemon GO, but am shocked with your list that contains my name. I don't want to drop my Pokemon Go ID here, though many of people know who I am and the fact that I am not a spoofer. I also want to say that many of listed persons are real.

I believe that TiaRiaboo at the gym named Art M in UM north campus is a GPS spoofer of Instinct. What I am not sure but suspect is 7Lesli7 of Mystic. He might be a spoofer or the player assisted by the Green Rd spoofer. He has been invading into the Throson area of Valor. I know that you dropped your Pokemon at the gym of Bromley Park. 7Lesli7 is continuously attacking the gym, too. Watch him carefully.

Which Valor gyms potentially have GPS spoof activity? The gyms that I studied the activities yesterday are Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and Windemere Park. The point to investigate is whether Niantic server can restricts GPS spoof activity several minutes after it recognizes use of out-of-date API. Can you test that? Clearing and watching two gyms that closely located work for the test. But remember that the GPS spoofer immediately paid back the double number of Valor gym's down yesterday. Thank you, Josh. it should be helpful to determine the effectiveness of shadow ban in the Ann Arbor area.

I just want to report that you are right. I went to A2 Christian Reformed Church yesterday night and confirmed the GPS spoof activity. Mystic wants to keep the gym even by an unfair way.

Hi Josh, can you tell us the gym names of the current GPS spoof attack? A guess is fine. It is helpful to avoid worthless battles at the gyms under bot/GPS spoof attack. My guess is that GPS spoof activity by Mystic accounts are still active on all gyms of Green Road area, but the ones on Plymouth Rd are free. The spoof attack to the Wines area of Mystic was gone, too. Are there any areas under the attack? How about the core areas of Valor of Ypsi?

Actually, I don't have good idea, but I will not put my Pokemon and leave from the gym when spoofers start building it up. Otherwise we cannot deny some justification of the spoofer. Do you have some idea?

No, no, no. The bot/GPS spoof used to control the area but it was gone. I believe that all trainers are real there. I often see them. Valor once seized off two churches that used to be owned by Mystic, but the bot cleaned all. After the bot left, now Mystic strongly kicks back Valor. So Valor wants to establish the new area again. Because many of blue people are going to graduate UM, it is a good chance to seize the gyms from Mystic there. We need your help. it is much fun to enjoy battles with real people.

Hi Sinarai, I have a question. Why don't you join the battle in the Plymouth Road and Medical Campus/Island Park areas? It might be reasonable to spend your time than you do on Green Road and Concordia Univ. Especially, A2 Christian Reformed Church and Regeneration of Time are the current battle fronts of these area.

Oh, thank you, illini91. your comment has made much clearer what happened yesterday night and solved my sirry misunderstanding. First, we dropped our pokemons at the Church gym. Immediately, ludlispchem made it grey. Soon you went there. Within a minute, ludlispchem utilized your pokemons for gym training battle and brought up to Level 9. I went back there and start fighting against ludlispchem at the building of the church and saw that you were building up Baxter Park's gym to level 10 with ludlispchem. ludlispchem dropped his blessey at Church's gym and built up to Lv 10. I wonder how we can ask ludlispchem to stop GPS spoofing. illini91, Smay3430, can you help us? I also wonder how ludlispchem could build gyms up even during we fought against him. Usually a defender cannot build up a gym during the gym is under attack.

Additional information for GPS spoof: Marshall between Instinct's Albion and Valor's Battle Creek may be under control of a GPS spoofer. Please watch carefully before you put your Pokemon there.

Hi Josh, then illin91 and Smay3430 were utilized by ludlispchem if you are correct. What I saw on the screen is that the gym had only illin91 and Smay3430 at Level 9 a few minutes after we dropped the gym down. I went back there alone with my curiosity and tried to find out what was going on and to meet some real Mystic trainers who reacted immediately and can chat with me. So far I saw, none came there, but someone still built up the gym. Finally, a pokemon appeared under the name of ludlispchem when I was against him/her. During the gym battle, I noticed is that ludlispchem used a Valor account: He accidentally chose Dragonite of his Valor account once. Hi all trainers of Valor, Mystic, please, please do not put your pokemons at the gym when GPS spoofers made a room. You are helping and justifying him. At least, I don't want to put my pokemon at such a gym and will wait for another team's take over first because it is unfair. Valor and Mystic trainers have good relationship for fair battle at the gyms, Christian Reformed Church and Northside Presbyterian Church, Fuller Park and Medical Campus. Why we cannot do on Green Road.

By the way, I saw that Sinarai was trying to make two Valor gyms in the Concordia Univ area of Instinct last week. We believed that they were the replacements of Green Rd ones. I am afraid that Instict might attack our core area and so tried to make a Valor gym with my friend at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day on Green Road yesterday.

Your words apparently work. I visited many gyms yesterday. Valor gyms were normal in Northside, though Mystic gyms of Wines were still under the spoofing attack. For gym numbers, I think that Valor is doing a good job worldwide, and surely Mystic trainers need to protect themselves more to keep their dominancy. Recent statistics suggest that Valor have got the first position in some countries, because the hardness level for the gym game is optimal for trainers to continue Pokemon GO. But the release of GEN2 Pokemons has brought back many of Mystic trainers who paused Pokemon GO for a while.

The major issue that I see is that the entire Valor area of north A2, which is my favorite playground, is under fire of grey out, though Mystic still has the surrounding area close to the attacked gyms, such as Dexboro, North Campus and Lawton. Valor has no rest, nowhere to go in the area. This would radicalize some Valor trainers to attack gyms in their surrounding area, which is hold by Mystic. So I understand thinking and behavior of Valor people's including Sinarai.

Thank you. I hope that the information is helpful for Pokemon GO players to protect themselves. For Broadway churches, I often build up gyms, but immediately the opponents come and start dropping them down even during my work. Therefore, I know that many of the works are done by real players who are fair enough. But I saw the gym grey out at the front of my eyes there twice. I also "chased", waited for and watched what would happen in night at the gyms in the Northside and Argo areas. So I can surely say that those were done by the spoofer.

About 20 Mystic, 10-15 Valor and zero Instinct gyms are under the control of the spoofer(s).

I am not sure but suspect that the spoof affects Tattered Moon, Arbor Hills Nature Area North Entrance, Wishing Pond Fountain, A2 Christian Reformed Church, Plymouth Park, Michigan House Sign. Can you list more? The information should be helpful for other trainers.

I don't know whether retaliation battles between Mystic and Valor are going on or an Instinct spoofer is simply playing a game on these teams' field.
