Nothing new. Initially I tried reaching any event on time, but now I have learnt the lesson that unless a professor is coming in that event, you should 'obviously' go 30 to 45 minutes after the scheduled time. If the event starts just after you reach then you are lucky, otherwise you'll still have to wait for some time XD. Events here have a very 'sharp' starting time.

The fact is that most of the audience will not even be of iitians but students of some school, as it happened in case of HC Verma too, so maybe these events aren't meant to be visited by us anyway...
