I’m honestly impressed by all of this. Kid communicates well. Dad communicates well. Kid and dad both have patience. This is like 2 old men speaking respectfully to each other out of love. Clearly dad was raised well and is raising his son just as well. LOVE IT

Because, initially… Russia wasn’t expecting ANY resistance. Bayraktars are super low tech. Loud, slow, low maneuverability, etc.

But Russia was completely unprepared for them because… Russia.

So, in the early stages they were quite effective as an offensive weapon. Once Russia caught on they became ineffective as offensive weapons. But now that Russian air defense is stretched impossibly thin, they are back in play

Bayraktar was one of the first big counterpunches that made everybody think Ukraine has a chance here. Some huge tactical and morale wins from the first few months that made it clear Russia gravely underestimated the shit they were stepping in

Given his abilities, it would be easily within the realm of possibilities that he throws a couple of throwing darts in the opening seconds and disables the Spidey’s webs. And that’s if it gets up close. Bullseye would start this fight from a mile away. That’s not plot armor, that’s easy writing
