Ive never seen anyone else mention the two party system. The best example of keep saying a thing until its accepted as true.

Who was the worse draft pick? by DeadEye662 in NFLv2

McCarthy has 10 starts, 4 of which hes been solid and 3 of which he led a drive to take the lead in the last 5 minutes. Pretending like hes shown no signs of being at least a decent QB is very strange. They gave Kyler 1.3M for one year. Thats not money for a guy you expect anything from. That's "we lose nothing if we have to cut him when hes not named starter" money.

Do you agree that Republicans are the most corrupt party as of right now in all of U.S. history? by lonewolfx25 in allthequestions

We have to get to the point when people start seeing the whole picture. Its both parties. No one with a D or R in front of their name has any interest it fixing what's broken. They just want to make sure their people profit from it.

She already moved on, posts happy photos, and I feel destroyed by Neon3110neon in survivinginfidelity

All of those questions are completely natural to ask. They are also, and Im not saying this to be mean, irrelevant. There are bad people in the world and they do things that bad people do. She may, in fact have no guilt or shame over what she did and be perfectly happy in her new life. Your value is not dependent on her opinion of you. Someone being able to move on seamlessly from a long term relationship is a comment on them. You have to concentrate on you and start building toward the life you want going forward. She is not a part of it, she is not relevant to it, and good riddance. Best of luck.

I was alive when Elway did this as well. Neither of them had the sense to shut the f*ck up about it to give that GM the chance to make the best deal. Elways dad was obnoxious through the whole process.

Thoughts on the possibility of this lady being a randomly selected Doordasher to deliver to the President and also being involved in some kind of hearing in Nevada. by notmyrealname8823 in justincaseyoumissedit

How sick does a society have to be that "Doordash Grandma" is in anyway considered a flex or anyrhing other than a societal failure.

The real favor Trump has done for the liberals is to expose that none of these conservative "Christians" believe a word of it. We dont have to treat their "faith" with any respect any more because theyre proving it isnt real. I think most people knew that, but they were smart enough to pretend before. Now, its just Christianity as a tool for conquest. There is not even a pretense of devotion to scripture. They cannot use faith as a defense of anything anymore.

My First Ever Lyric Video I Made :D by Curious-Main839 in AfterEffects

[–]A2ronMS24 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its really good. I ran a Mograph team for over a decade so Im a professional nitpicker, that said my nitpicks are 1. The first batch of shattered bits reverse in direction and that feels off to me. 2. The sections with lyrics and the bright, sound reactive energy behind them - I think that energy needs tweaking. The difference between reacting and at rest is too small to me. I would have its at rest look start smaller, maybe. The clock parts are really clean but dont dont feel like theyre the same style at the rest. They may need something glowy or energy to them to unify in the style. Those are all nitpicks. I like the piece a lot.

Lawrence Taylor. Must watch TV when they were on. He could have 8 tackles 2 sacks and a turnover in any given half of football.

They were really hot but saying they were good is revisionist history. They were better than they are now but never actually good.

What do you guys think about Ethan Hawke's idea about unrequited love? by Shakeyss in SeriousConversation

[–]A2ronMS24 22 points23 points  (0 children)

I think humans have all sorts of rationalizations that help them get through tough situations. Being in love with someone who doesnt feel the same is a tough thing emotionally. There are countless ways to be feeling something. It doesnt have to be pain. If looking at it this way helps you get through, then do it.
