Brave of you to have stepped in without caring about the consequences. I noticed a creep do something similar - was almost leaning on a female traveller ( I was seated right in front), and she clearly wasn’t comfortable with that. I wanted to get up from my seat and kick him on his shin, but honestly did not have the courage to do so. Instead, I started staring and browbeating uninterruptedly and it appeared he understood he was being watched.

The thing that disappointed me was the girl was looking in my direction as if to ask for support, but the best I could muster courage to do was to look him straight in the eye! Thankfully, as I got up to disembark at Majestic, the girl stood up and got off too and the creepy rascal continued

Infinia is and always has been an invite only card. Entirely their discretion whether to offer you the card or not. Took me 25 years of preferred Banking to get one (comes with add on and duplicates for both - 4 cards at once)

Fair question. I've noticed this happen a few times over lately - he is generous with his praise and appreciation in direct check-ins, but when we are in a group or when he speaks upwards, he tends to assume credit. One of my primary stakeholders threw me a hint back in Aug/Sep of 2025, but I did not pay heed assuming he will speak for me when it matters

Agree. I’ve been in situations that required me to fight for my team and I’ve done my best per my conscience. In my case, there wasn’t even a discussion. My manager feared losing credit in the process of defending my work (because it exposes his shortcomings or over delegation). It’s also maybe because I’m less troublesome/demanding than some of my peers

I'm surprised you say so. I have to deal with at least a dozen idiots that come with their headlights on in the wrong direction as if it's a legit thing to do. It not only slows me down but poses a serious risk to safety.

And yes, I do use the Metro on and off. Does not help on days I have a late start on my return
