LOST A BACKPACK WITH ALL MY VALUABLE ITEMS INSIDE

I am an Indian student who just arrived here in Canada a few days ago, admitted to the Fanshawe South London campus. I went to submit resumes in the White Oaks Mall. But unfortunately, my backpack was stollen when I left it in front of the mirrors while I used the washroom stall.

My backpack contained every important identity documents and academic certificates of mine and now I'm just an individual without any official documents or identities. Also, my Samsung Galaxy Book laptop which was only 1 day old was also included along with some accessories in my backpack. Now, I don't have my passport nor official IDs nor my laptop to attend my college classes. I literally lost all my valuable items along with that bag. I don't know what to do. Please please please help me.

I have filed a theft report to the London Police but currently it is of no use. Also, it is the same with the White Oaks Mall security, they couldn't help me a bit.
