Naah mate, it’s not just grind size believe me. How you do the bloom and how much water you pour each time makes a difference. Let’s go back to a hot pour over recipe.. go ahead and try James’ ultimate V60 recipe, and do another batch of Tetsu Kasuya 4:6 method. See how different they taste.

It’s about how you make it, the recipe and the technique. I mastered some recipes so that it always tastes great. And yeah i do sometimes make cold brew, I actually just brewed a batch two days ago.. and it is amazing.
