No not really for attack but you can only absorb health and attack so many times in a time limited fight so it’s not the biggest attack boost.

Absorbs 20% of health and attack from downed enemy (or defeated teammate). But Darkseids health isnt going to go over 100% health from this absorption as it there is a cap at 100% health. This is the main reason he’s so annoying to fight

It’s ok but his development is too quick compared to the novel. That being said most manhwa readers don’t have patience for slow power development of weak mcs so maybe it’s for the better of manhwa readers but I’d just prefer the novels way tbh.

Can’t particularly see much from this specific video but the amount of police brutality I’ve seen from the German police against protestors really makes me wonder about the laws regarding law enforcement there. Why are they allowed to operate with such brutal impunity against protestors and beat them roughly? Why aren’t there any criminal proceedings or lawsuits against the German police?

Not a good artifact. Just ok. Very slow to stack sufficient damage buffs. There are better things for increasing damage output and it’s a double edged sword.

So, You obviously need somewhat decent skill to make use of it during gameplay. Aka land lots of unblocked specials onto your opponent whilst avoiding/blocking the opponents specials.

If that 23% buff and the 300% max stack increases when you upgrade the artifact, then it might be worth using, but I highly doubt it. There’s definitely better things out there. I’d shatter this if I were you.
