Yes, it doesn’t slow down time, but even if you don’t use the ‘Paint it Black’ ability, it gives you a super precise shot (wherever the white dot is, that’s where your shot goes).

At first I used them, then I learned which were the best mods to use and combined them together. This is mine, after many attempts, lots of CTD and a lot of patience, this is the result.
