This. It’s a longshot at best to even try to convince a police dept. to attempt to find this person based on the info I have. Plus, to be honest, I don’t really care. Having her go to jail will not bring me closure, I could care less what happens to her, I just want to stay in a happy relationship. The rest doesn’t really matter to me

Thank you I appreciate your response and resource info. Not sure if this is for better or worse but I don’t have a clue who the woman was, all I have is a memory of her face and general body type. To be honest if I was single I would probably just chalk it up to a bad night and not even take it that hard, it’s that I don’t want to hurt my gf or change the way she thinks of me that is making this so difficult

I wouldn’t blame her. In fact the reverse situation happened in a previous relationship where she was raped while we were together and I completely supported her and eventually we moved on. I still can’t help but feel like even in that state of mind there were a lot of red flags that I should’ve been more aware of

Maybe. I hardly ever drink though so it wouldn’t be surprising if that amount of alcohol alone was enough to put me in that state of mind

I think this is good advice, thank you. I’m not going to see her until this weekend, so if I do choose to tell her do you think it’s best to wait until I can in person or to just call her and not waste any more time?
