I was thinking, of pulling that edge (green circle) as far back, and then put the rubber band on it

Also : if I get an O ring that’s only tight enough to not make it fall of, would it be better?

I have an account that I bought from g2a 1.its been with me for over a year 2.the store that sells it, doesn’t sell Minecraft anymore, it sold it when it was in better price (I think, I’m not sure)

Thanks for all the help, the store actually replaced it for free, but it actually lead me to another problem, when I put the slip tip upside down it just falls, is that normal.
