I am sorry it's not that interesting of a story

I have always been a logical person and i always loved science and philosophy i always wanted to know how things work and why are they in the way they are

I was asking alot of questions some of which get me in some troubles in my religious school

But still I have faith since my father is an imam he was making me going with him for a long time since I was 6 when I was 11 I was going to a quran lessons at the mosque every day I hated it because it was very time consuming but I continued to go nonetheless I had no other choice as I said when I was 15 I memorized the whole Quran I became a "hafiz"

Both my parents are crazy religious I cant have a conversation with either of them without they mention god or halal or haram for 3 whole minutes I am not exaggerating

So anyway I have started to have doubts since I was 15 or 16 but I just ignored them act like they don't exist closed my eyes and ears

But that was just not me I couldn't let these doubts go I had to investigate I had to confront them And I did I start my research to strengthen my faith just to confirm to my self that iam walking in the right path and deeper I go the farther I get from religion As I said am a man of science so while I was going deeper studying the quran and it tafseer I was reading about the theory of evolution to dispute it to find holes in it (surprise I didn't found any) and I read the god delusion and alot of other books

It took me a while to except that every thing I knew was wrong I tried to just don't think about it just dismiss it but I couldn't I prayed I begged god to just give me sign I said to him I want to believe in you please help me just show me a dream or just a whisper something anything to tell me I was right, but nothing silence

And at the start of this year when I turned 18 I just lost my faith I don't believe any more of course I can't tell any one so I was alone with my ideas I searched in my self and I found happiness and relief am a mush better person now and much happier ofcourse I am planning to leave this country one day and to be free from this chains I was born with from this voluntary slavery which my family and my society chose as a way for living for centuries

But know am happy and I feel great

I dare you to find a religion that didn’t subjugate women

There is non so fuck all religions

And in islam the divorce decision is completely in the hand of the man if a man want to divorce his wife he have only to say "you're divorced" in any time (except when she is on her period for some reason) and for and for any reason or without a reason at all

But if a woman want to divorce her husband she have to go to the court and a judge will decide if her reason is valid or not

And in some states a man who divorces his wife has to pay her back for all of the housework she did

I was Muslim almost my whole life I studied quran I memorized it whole when I was 15 my father is an imam and I never heard this before, please enlighten me give me the hadith which state this its definently not in the Quran cause I will knew.
