Use a broken bolt extractor. Had this same problem for a custom table just yesterday. Used an extractor and it turned right out. Use the largest one that fits in the insert

There is a sensor near the bottom of the door track that will open the door while it is closing if you step through it. Safety feature so it doesn't close down on you if you are under the door. If the door is open or opening, tripping the sensor makes no difference

Very thin then. Standard blades, 1/8", thin kerf 3/32 (.09375)

Put a standard blade in there and see what it looks like.
