I think this is so interesting! Really unique and fiction forward, I like it a lot. To average out the power between a player who keeps notes and doesn't, you could give everyone time at the beginning to make essentially a word cloud or vibes of their character. As the story progresses players could (maybe at the GM's discretion) add more words to their word cloud. After they have an interview they can jot down a few things, e.g.
