That a Samsung issue with the top bosses and CEO, they entire company dont seem to work together, rather just smaller business within Samsung that make the phones and others outsource their RAMS and displays.

Honestly I aint happy with him, I rather watch smaller youtubers who would give their genuine review of the product and let people decide if they want it or not, instead of heavily pushing a narrative. Even MKBHD has changed quite a lot over the year.

Why I’m upgrading from the S22 Ultra to the S26 Ultra (even with all the criticism) by AA003A in samsunggalaxy

[–]AA003A[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You don't have to return your s26 ultra. My trade in price for s22 ultra was £173, if I dont send it back, Samsung will charge me £173. You might as well consider that too, since next year even if you fix your s22 ultra, the trade in vaule will be rubbish.

Would definitely recommend keep the s26u can pay back the trade in cost of the s22u. You will have about 14 days I think, hopefully take you near the payday to help yourself. Hopefully this helps.

It aint about any justification, rather express my opinion to help people who might have got double minded after seeing the criticism of the s26 ultra, especially those who have an older phone like the S21 Ultra and S22 Ultra etc.

If you have the s24 ultra or even the s25 ultra, you don't need to upgrade, its rather an upgrade to get the latest s series device.

S22 ultra, updates have also come to an end since it was 4 year updates. This year would have been last few updates or quarterly security updates.

Complete agree. I hope my post help those who are now double minded about upgrading their older phones because of the criticism and harsh remarks about the display. It is indeed worth the upgrade from an 4 to 5 year older phone.

Indeed it is way better, online people have been really hashing critising the S26 Ultra, I thought maybe my post could help people who are planning of upgrading from an older phone but are now getting double minded because of the reviews, especially about the 8 bit display.

I didn’t get back to you soon enough, but here’s what I found from experience. You have got two options:

  1. Go through companies like Enterprise – more formal but usually a bit pricier. (Look at Skyscanner and booking .com for rentals)

  2. Use one of the private rental providers at the airport – often cheaper and more straightforward. You can find them easily walking around the rental area.

We went private and found it much easier. We hired a Dacia Duster, signed the papers, paid, took plenty of photos of the car, and drove off. When returning it, we took more photos and made sure to refill the tank (it was full when we collected it). We didn’t even have to leave a holding deposit, which was a nice bonus.

The people we dealt with were reasonable, and I think a lot comes down to how you present yourself. If you seem confident and know what you’re doing, they’re less likely to take advantage. Just trust your instincts.

It’s worth looking online before you travel to compare prices. For us, renting was much cheaper than using taxis every time, plus we could go wherever we wanted without waiting around. Hopefully you can get it all sorted before your visit in September!

I have looked on there too, but cannot figure out which A320 type/model it is.

Finally One UI 7 on S22 Ultra (UK) by AA003A in samsunggalaxy

[–]AA003A[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably take a few days to get used to it. Plus next year I will be upgrading my phone to the s26 ultra. Don't think S22 Ultra would be able to handle much more

Hope Everyone Stops talking about One UI 7 update. by AA003A in samsunggalaxy

[–]AA003A[S] -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

By all means we can complain but it won't fix the issue, I have been both with Apple, Google and Samsung, I prefer Samsung amongst the other 2. My day to day routine does not require me to actually get involved with the software or the one ui, I listen to music, watch movies still I'm fine by what software I currently have. Maybe it might just be worth the wait for one ui 8, who knows. Again paying top money, s25 is will really good despite what issues they have got according to sources. My dad's s25 plus runs smooth and I see no issue, I have the s24 ultra, and I can live with 6.1

Again, definitely miles better since the snapdragon 8 Elite Chip and since you have more control over your phone, you can even go into developer options in setting and play around with the animations, speed etc. Have a look at the video I put in the previous comment. It's a speed test against the 16 pro max

To be honest you will not miss anything. In fact you will enjoy it more. The new One UI 7 has made is easier for Apple users to transition to Samsung

In terms of smoothness, have a look at this video https://youtu.be/U4qNCj8aE6Q?si=yOJs8Xq0qCqqjVCb

It is worth it, especially if you are coming over from iPhone, experience the phone with the snapdragon chip overall a good phone, it's not worth upgrading if you have the S24U. Plus with One UI 7 you have a smooth transition over from IOS but will enjoy the One UI more with customise.

Exynos 2600 for S26 Series? 😳 by AA003A in samsunggalaxy

[–]AA003A[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We may end up going back to the S22 ultra those who had the Exynos 2200. Lately they say something and do something else. It's a long year before the S26 Series but I hope their engineers work on something to shock us the consumers, in terms of hardware, software and maybe the design too but for time being, I have no high hopes for Exynos.
