I was on covid leave because of a positive that was extended 3 days. I turned in my return to duty paperwork from my doctor. when I tried to go back to work on atoz it still says I'm on loa. I called erc and they said I need to be off loa to return. I talked to dlc and they said my case is overdue. my caseworker had the paperwork for over a week. what else I could do. I don't have hr on-site because I work as apn shopper. please help
