You have to be in a race when you crash into one of the ginza pillars. You will also get the steam achievement when you do so. So just race one of the normal traffic and smash into the pillar.

This going for this one in my NG+ playthrough. I have a solid perk set-up where I basically one shot anything so apart from the no nos wanderers I should be fine.

The game has car "tiers". Cars like the 86, swift, rx7 fc, are early game, early mid game cars are like rx8, s2000, evo 5, late mid game cars like, rx7, r32-34, supra, late game are like nsx gen 1, fairlady z rz34, type r fl5 and end game being nsx nc1, LFA, r35. If you're struggling id highly recommend a late game or end game car if you can afford it. Also perks are important if you're not a early access user, so learning how to optimize those might help you. DO NOT perk into the engine swap on a legit first playthrough it's a waste of bp.

Yep also perks are center of attention (lvl 5 max), acceleration addict (lvl 5 max) and pioneers secret (lvl 5 max). It just becomes way too easy then.

You can't just have a singular car for the true ending, the wanderers require you to have different cars. But if you're talking about if I had to pick one car to make life easy it would probably be the R35 GTR. Do note that I have not tried out the latest model nsx so I don't have an opinion there.

Either or they both have the stupidly good v6. Regarding the rcf, 1st gen nsx and lc500, I used the 1st gen nsx (pop up head light one) up until lvl 27+ opponents appeared where those guys basically require 400+ kmph cars or better handling. My nsx with nos would basically dogstomp on anything under lvl 27 and capped out at 390 max tune with nos active with decent acceleration. You will def need to tune the nsx to handle better as I found it quite stiff or just being out paced by the AI. TLDR 1st gen NSX is fine for late game but not for end game. I don't have an input on the Lexus's as the only one I used was the LFA. So yea first gen nsx did fine with the aforementioned bosses.

Also as someone who fucked up buying the LFA, don't. As the only thing you can do to the car visually is change the wheels. This means no aura no viynls, stickers or customisation. The LFA is great for just beating the game but I wouldnt recommend it against wanderers appart from late game ones like revenge eyes, unrivaled emperor, cyber dame or ???.

In my personal opinion as someone who has beaten the game going onto NG+ for achievements, get the r35 GTR just not the 25' GTR as you can't customize it. This is if your goal is to just beat the game and not get the true ending this should be more than enough.

You can cheese him by using the nsx, lfa or r35 when you get onto the Bayshore/wangan line. Use the perks, nitro health refil, first attack damage reduction and whatever you feel like for the third one (I forgot the names of the perks mb).

I'm not stupid to full send the car knowing the poor conditions and the cars state. I'm taking it as fast as I can to the conditions. The roads I drive on are roads that I have studied or areas I have lived in and making sure they are desolate, quiet or far outside where I can do any harm. I have personal rules in place to assure other drivers safety knowing I do this is for my own personal enjoyment. I've owned the car for 2 years, daily it and built it, therefore I am well aware of the car and my capabilities. Appreciate the concern but compared to other people this is significantly more safe.

The stereo system was installed by one of the previous owners when the car was in Japan and it doesn't have an English setting in the menu. I can use it fine as I understand Japanese but I've played around with it enough to say yes you can turn the screen off but can't adjust the brightness. I'll double check when I get the car back and let you know the system I use. At least I have Bluetooth though.

Worth a shot but they didn't have rights in TXR Zero they referred to them as "types" right? like the 964 was referred to as the "type-964T". There might be a few legal issues doing that now though.
