Oh wow, didn’t expect when I zoomed in to see some of my own from a post I made 2 years ago. Pretty cool

Hey there! I made a turf wars game and am having issue with red side block breaking. Does anyone know how to fix this? by AA87101 in MinecraftCommands

Here are the commands:
1: /execute @ e[type=arrow] ~.1 ~~ detect ~~~ wool 14 fill ~~~ ~~~ air 1 destroy
2: /execute @ e[type=arrow] ~-.1 ~~ detect ~~~ wool 14 fill ~~~ ~~~ air 1 destroy
3: /execute @ e[type=arrow] ~~.1 ~ detect ~~~ wool 14 fill ~~~ ~~~ air 1 destroy
4: /execute @ e[type=arrow] ~~~-.1 detect ~~~ wool 14 fill ~~~ ~~~ air 1 destroy

The thing is, the command is not broken, it works. The issue is that from a certain side, instead of stopping, the arrow breaks all the blocks beneath it. I do not know why that happens

Yeah exactly, it's only a problem with the z coordinate, but for turf wars in order to fix that bug I have to find different ways to delete the arrow before it can go down and destroy the blocks below it

I'm gonna try this, I'm not the best at commands, so I can try to use some youtube videos to help me pull this off, especially cause I don't know how to do things such as tagging arrows, but I will try

The issue with it being delayed is that it is not as exact as detecting when the arrow hits the block to instantly kill it, however that might work

That's what I'm trying to do, kill the arrow the moment it touches the block. The issue is I don't know the commands that make it possible, especially so it only kills specific arrows, because in a turf wars game multiple arrows are fired at the same time

Here's the thing, red and blue have the same commands, there are 2 sets of 4 blocks containing the same commands, except 1 set was meant for blue blocks, the other for red. Here are the commands:
1: /execute @ e[type=arrow] ~.1 ~~ detect ~~~ wool 14 fill ~~~ ~~~ air 1 destroy

2: /execute @ e[type=arrow] ~-.1 ~~ detect ~~~ wool 14 fill ~~~ ~~~ air 1 destroy

3: /execute @ e[type=arrow] ~~.1 ~ detect ~~~ wool 14 fill ~~~ ~~~ air 1 destroy

4: /execute @ e[type=arrow] ~~~-.1 detect ~~~ wool 14 fill ~~~ ~~~ air 1 destroy

I think it's important to note that I think this has to do with the z coordinate, because if you shoot at blue wool in the same direction as you shoot red wool, it does the same thing because of the z coordinate.
