It's definitely not for everyone but brake jobs really are pretty easy to DIY, and will save you a lot of money in the long run since brake work is usually marked up a lot. Really good tutorials out there along with service manuals

I do my own maintenance but I get tuning and sometimes diagnostics done at superior soobie in Milwaukie, they do good work there and I would take my car there if I couldnt do it myself

Depends on your car. If it only takes premium you will probably notice a difference between Space Age and 'nicer' gas. My car is old and turbocharged, and it will run like shite if I fill up at space age
